Herbes de Provence is a classic blend originally created in Provence, a region in southeastern France. It gives a rich and complex flavour to dishes.

The blend is traditionally used with roasted chicken, roasted lamb, grilled fish and roasted vegetables. It can be incorporated into soups, stews, sauces, salad dressing, or stir it in mashed potatoes.
