While the eye pillow is generally used at room temperature for tension relief and relaxation, the eye-pillow can also be heated or used cold.
WARM THERAPY: Heat in the microwave for 15-30 seconds. Remove and shake content to release lavender scent. Take care not to overheat, and test temperature before placing over the eyes.
COLD THERAPY: Place the eye pillow in the freezer, then lay over closed eyes to relieve migraines and puffy eyes.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Remove outer cover and wash at a low temperature. Let the cover dry completely before replacing. Do not wash the pillow insert.
